What are some natural ways to make your hair healthy?
I have very long hair that is dyed. I have natural frizzy/wavy hair so I always either have to straighten it or curl it in order for it to look good. I use heat protection on my hair, but I still don’t think that’s enough. Both of my parents have very thin hair and started losing their hair fairly early and I want to try and prevent that for myself, I’m 16. What are some home remedies for me to try to use on my hair, and what vitamins should I look into getting?
honestly just wash your hair and condition it dont blow dry it or do anything to it and comb it when its wet with a fine tooth comb
