my dog was sprayed by a skunk twice in three weeks and now has some hair loss?

ok so my golden retriever/german sheppard mix has now gotten sprayed by a skunk twice in the past three weeks…she has only gotten sprayed by her chest and front legs…she keeps bitting at the areas and now has some hair loss, it’s inflammed, super red and has some minor rashes…could it be from the skunk sprays?
