Can someone please help me im losing my hair at age 18 and i have excessive dandruff?

Im 18 and i recently noticed that i am starting to lose my hair. Not alot but enough for me to tell. Ive had uncontrollable dandruff since i was 12. Ive tried everything for the dandruff like oils, head and shoulders, selsum blue, tgel, nizoral, baby shampoo, soap, vinegar. Literally everything. Can someone help me stop the dandruff and the hair loss? Im too young to lose hair. Oh yea and i talked to my doctor and he said their is nothing he can do. Thanks

Anti dandruff shampoos make dandruff worse! They contain countless hair, scalp, face skin and even health harming harsh and toxic ingredients. Confirm with a Google search.
